Trim Levels of the 2024 Cadillac LYRIQ

With EV technology rapidly evolving, the demand for reliable, fast, and practical electrically powered vehicles has expanded greatly. With the 2024 Cadillac LYRIQ, the luxury carmaker has assembled a package that checks all of the EV boxes, with three versions offering modern amenities and legendary Cadillac luxury in the Tech, Luxury, and Sport trim levels.

Trim Levels of the 2024 Cadillac LYRIQ

Tech

The Tech trim level is considered the LYRIQ’s base model, but it is loaded with features that EV drivers covet. All trim levels of the LYRIQ are available in RWD and AWD versions. The RWD features an electric motor capable of 340 HP, while the AWD version has a dual-motor drive that produces a total of 500 HP. Built on GM’s Ultium scalable battery architecture, the RWD version can travel 314 miles between charges, and the AWD has a 307-mile range.

The Tech has impressive functional features like 11.5-kW on-board AC charging, DC fast-charging abilities up to 190-kW, and 20-inch wheels for a smoother ride. Other amenities that come standard in the Tech trim level include dual-zone climate control, 33-inch diagonal LED driver infotainment display, chrome trim, a power liftgate, heated power front seats, a seven-speaker audio system, and a built-in wireless charging pad.

Luxury

The Luxury model shares the powertrain of the Tech, but it adds many more convenience and comfort features not found in the base model. Instead of creating multiple trim levels, Cadillac offers a range of features within the Luxury and Sport trim levels. The primary distinction between the Luxury and Sport trims is their aesthetic cues. The Luxury features classic Cadillac chrome, while the sport replaces the chrome trim with black trim.

Within the Luxury trim level, there are three options. The Luxury 1 level features the Tech’s options with the addition of a driver-assist package, upgraded auto-leveling headlights, automatic wipers, heated steering wheel, and multicolor ambient lighting. The Luxury 2 adds massaging front seats, power-folding rear seats, and an 18-speaker AKG audio system. The Luxury 3 has leather upholstery, 22-inch wheels, heated rear seats, and a hands-free liftgate.

Sport

Though the main difference between the Luxury and Sport trim levels is the stylish obsidian chrome and dark accent exterior features, there are a few additions that also distinguish this trim level. It has the same AWD and RWD options for the drivetrain, but it ups the ante in its styling with features such as its unique Sport illuminated front grille and its body-color door handles that give it a refined but sporty appearance.

While the standard package of features on the Sport trim level is impressive, drivers can also add on optional amenities like a panoramic sunroof, Nappa leather upholstery, open-pore wood trim, a 19.2-kW onboard charger, and illuminated front doorsill plates.
