Choose Your Trim and Drive Type
Once you’ve selected the model you want, in our example the 2023 Escalade ESV, you need to choose the trim, then the engine and drivetrain you want. Trim choices are luxury, premium luxury, premium luxury platinum, and sport platinum. The next step is to choose between 2WD or 4WD and choose between a 3.0L Duramax turbo diesel with a 10-speed automatic transmission or a 6.2L V8 with 10-speed automatic transmission.
Exterior Choices: Color and Wheels
Exterior choices are next, and the Escalade ESV is available in nine different colors and has a choice between 22″ 12-spoke polished alloy wheels or 22″ 12-spoke gloss black alloy wheels.
Interior Choices: Seats and Interior Color
The next step is to choose your interior color and seating options. The Escalade ESV has three interior color choices, including whisper beige, jet black, and dark auburn. All three choices are semi-aniline leather with quilting or mini chevron inserts. You also have the option to choose between a power-release second-row 60/40 split seat or two power-release second-row bucket seats.
Options
This step is the most customizable of all, as the Escalade ESV offers 33 separate packages to choose from. You can customize the exterior, interior, add mechanical options, add more entertainment, and add additional safety equipment. Depending on your needs, you can add some or all of these features to your Escalade ESV.
Protection options include an all-weather cargo liner and first, second, and third-row all-weather floor mats. You could choose monochrome Cadillac emblems on the grille and liftgate or a gloss black Escalade nameplate. For additional safety, you can add a highway safety kit with useful items. You can also add a heavy-duty towing package that includes an Autotrac 2-speed transfer case, a trailer tire pressure monitoring system, and more.
