Louisiana Krewe FC recently returned to the Gulf Coast Premier League and will be on the schedule in the Spring and Summer at Clark Field at 313 Park Ave., Lafayette. LAKrewe FC qualified for the Open Cup in their first season of eligibility, and they’re hungry to repeat. You don’t want to miss watching this up-and-coming soccer talent before they head off to the pros!

For a change of pace, get in on the action at a roller derby bout! It’s never slow, and it’ll get your blood pumping. The season runs from May to September at their home track in Blackham Coliseum, at 2330 Johnston St, Lafayette. These women may be tough on the track, but with the wheels off, they are all heart. Each home bout supports a local nonprofit organization!
