2021 Cadillac CT5

The 2021 Cadillac CT5 is available in four trim packages, include the Luxury, Premium Luxury, Sport, and V-Series. Every trim features acoustic laminated glass, automatic headlamps with tunnel detection, power mirrors with integrated turn signals, LED headlights and taillights, rain-sensing wipers, and solar-absorbing glass. The CT5 is available in several exciting colors. Exterior paint options include Summit White, Black Raven, Satin Steel, Evergreen, Shadow, Wave, Rift, Velocity Red, and Infrared.

The standard engine on the Luxury, Premium Luxury, and Sport models is a 237 horsepower 2.0-liter Twin-Scroll Turbo I-4 engine that produces 258 pound-feet of torque. The V-Series is equipped with a 360 horsepower 3.0-liter Twin-Turbo V-6 engine that produces 360 pound-feet of torque. This engine is also available on the Premium Luxury trim, though with lower horsepower and torque. Both engines are paired with a 10-speed automatic transmission and include automatic stop/start to increase fuel efficiency. All models are rear-wheel drive, with available all-wheel drive.

All models are equipped with automatic vehicle hold, electronic precision shifting, electric power steering, traction control, electronic stability control, and anti-lock disc brakes. The V-Series also includes Brembo V performance front brakes, an electronic limited-slip differential, magnetic ride control, and performance traction management.

The 2.0-liter I-4 engine with rear-wheel drive can accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in just 4.9 seconds. The 3.0-liter engine with rear-wheel drive is even faster, with a 0 to 60 mph acceleration of just 4.6 seconds. The engines are also very fuel-efficient. Rear-wheel-drive models equipped with the 2.0-liter engine have an EPA-rated fuel efficiency of 23 mpg in the city and 32 mpg on the highway. Similarly equipped 3.0-liter engine models have a fuel economy of 18 mpg in the city and 27 mpg on the highway. All-wheel-drive models have slightly lower ratings.

Standard comfort features include a cabin air filter, carpeted floor mats, vegan or premium leather upholstery, a leather-wrapped tilt-and-telescopic steering wheel, power windows and door locks, remote start, and keyless open. Available features include heated front seats, a heated steering wheel, and trunk organizers. The trunk offers 11.9 cubic feet of storage space. The split rear bench can be folded down to provide space for longer items.

Infotainment features include 12-volt outlets, a 4G LTE Wi-Fi hot spot, a touch-screen display, Bluetooth audio streaming, OnStar, Cadillac Connected Access, an HD radio, a premium nine-speaker audio system, satellite radio, USB ports, Android Auto, and Apple CarPlay. The Premium Luxury, Sport, and V-Series also have wireless charging.

Every CT5 is equipped with modern safety features, including a suite of eight air bags, an HD rearview camera, and LATCH. Standard driver-assist features include an LED reflective windshield collision alert, a rear-seat reminder, a vibrating safety alert seat, automatic emergency braking, forward collision warning, and front pedestrian braking.

Except for the Luxury trim, all models also include rear cross-traffic alert, rear park assist, lane change alert, blind-zone monitoring, lane-keep assist, lane departure warning, and an auto-dimming rearview mirror.
