Trim Levels (Exterior)
The 2021 Cadillac CT4 is available in four trim packages, including the Luxury, Premium Luxury, Sport, and V-Series. Every trim includes tow hooks, a capless fuel filler, an acoustic laminated windshield, heated exterior mirrors with integrated turn signals, and LED head/tail lights. The Premium Luxury, Sport, and V-Series also include self-dimming mirrors, rain-sensing wipers, and automatic headlights with tunnel detection. The Luxury, Premium Luxury, and Sport include self-sealing tires. The CT4 V-Series has run-flat tires.
The CT4 is available in a wide array of modern paint colors. Exterior paint options include Summit White, Black Raven, Infrared, Dark Moon, Garnet, Wave, Shadow, Evergreen, Satin Steel, and Crystal White.
Engine (Power)
The standard engine on the Luxury, Premium Luxury, and Sport trims is a 237 horsepower I-4 engine paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission. The CT4 V-Series is powered by a 325 horsepower 2.7-liter Dual Volute Turbo I-4 engine paired with a ten-speed automatic transmission. The 2.7-liter engine is also available on the Premium Luxury trim. Both engines include automatic stop/start with disable to improve fuel efficiency. Rear-wheel drive is standard on all trims, with all-wheel drive as an available option.
Performance
Every trim is equipped with electronic stability control, traction control, cruise control, and automatic vehicle hold. The top-of-the-line V-Series also features Brembo V performance front brakes, launch control, magnetic ride control, a mechanical limited-slip rear differential, performance traction management, and a performance suspension.
The 2021 CT4 is very fuel-efficient. The 2.0-liter engine has an EPA-rated fuel efficiency of 23 mpg in the city and 34 mpg on the highway. The 2.7-liter engine has a fuel economy of 20 mpg in the city and 29 mpg on the highway.
Interior
The CT4 can comfortably carry five passengers. Cabin amenities include vegan leather upholstery, a cabin air filter, dual-zone automatic climate control, a leather-wrapped tilt-and-telescopic steering wheel, power windows and locks, and paddle shifters. Controls for the audio, cruise, and driver information center are placed conveniently on the steering wheel.
The trunk of the CT4 provides 10.7 cubic feet of storage space. The split-folding rear seat allows you to carry longer items.
Infotainment features abound in the CT4, including a 4G LTE Wi-Fi hotspot, a touch-screen display, Bluetooth audio streaming, voice recognition, two USB ports, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, Connected Apps, HD radio, and satellite radio. The V-Series features a Bose Premium Surround Sound 14-speaker audio system, while all others have a Bose 10-speaker package.
Safety Features
Standard safety features include a suite of eight advanced air bags, LATCH, and an HD rearview camera. Standard driver-assist features include automatic emergency braking, buckle-to-drive, forward collision alert, front pedestrian braking, windshield collision alert, OnStar, Cadillac Connected Services, a rear-seat reminder, and a vibrating safety alert seat. The Luxury Premium, Sport, and V-Series also include rear parking assist.
