Check in at 1pm for an oil change (with an appointment). I was told there’s a recall on the computer system which will take additional hour. I told Aron to go ahead and have it done. He told me it will take 2 hours - I agree to just wait for it. The waiting time took 4hrs. I was there the whole afternoon

Joe is my kind of salesman, he isn’t pushy which pushes me right out the door. Instead he just remained professional, and knowledgeable and guided my family addressing all of our needs

The radio was messed with, my air conditioner was put on low, and the cashiers didn’t call when they got the paperwork. John had to go and talk to them about calling me.
